  • Кукурузный крахмал 1 Ст. ложка
  • Масло для жарки 1 Штука

1 chestnut
3/4 can of corn
Separate 1 yolk and white
2 tablespoons of water
Plum or nut sauce
Shallot
4 tablespoons of cilantro
1 hot pepper
Rolls (wrappers)
1 tablespoon of corn starch
Oil for frying
