Ingredients: 1 chestnut 3/4 can of corn Separate 1 yolk and white 2 tablespoons of water Plum or nut sauce Shallot 4 tablespoons of cilantro 1 hot pepper Rolls (wrappers) 1 tablespoon of corn starch Oil for frying | |
In a food processor, combine water, chestnut, onion, cilantro, corn, pepper, and egg yolk. | |
Mix thoroughly, but not to a paste. Then add the starch mixture with water and whip again. | |
Fill the rolls with about one teaspoon of filling. | |
Wrap the filling in the roll. | |
Seal the sides and brush the rolls with egg white. | |
Fry in oil until golden brown. | |
