Recipe for Cabbage in a Pressure Cooker

This is a simple and quick recipe for making cabbage in a pressure cooker, which includes butter, bacon, onion, cumin, and white wine.

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 100 ml white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Turn on the pressure cooker and melt the butter.
  2. Add the chopped bacon and fry until golden brown.
  3. Chop the onion and add it to the bacon, cooking until soft.

  6. Close the pressure cooker and cook under high pressure for 10-15 minutes.
