Fried Peppers

  • Garlic 2 Cloves
  • Balsamic Vinegar 1 Piece
  • Parsley 1 Bunch

  • Olive Oil 1/2 Cup
  • Bell Peppers (large) 2 Pieces

jarenie_perci-8216.JPGMeanwhile, finely chop the garlic (one or two cloves to taste) and parsley. In a deep bowl, mix about 3 tablespoons of oil, 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar, and add a pinch of salt, mixing well. Combine with the chopped garlic and parsley. After about 1 hour, the peppers will be ready; then you can turn off the heat. Cover the peppers with a clean towel for 30 minutes to ease the peeling process.
