Leek Cones with Seafood

  • Leek (only the white part) 2 Pieces
  • Eggs 2 Pieces
  • Flour 2 Tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoons
  • Seafood mix (or any seafood of your choice) 400 Grams
  • Salt (to taste) 1 Piece
kulyochki_iz_luka-poreya_s_moreproduktami-3632.jpgClean the leek, rinse it, and cut it crosswise into pieces about 2.5–3 cm long. Using a blunt object, gently push the inner rings of the leek outward to form a cone-shaped base.
kulyochki_iz_luka-poreya_s_moreproduktami-3633.jpgBeat the eggs until smooth. Gradually add the flour while continuing to beat. Season with salt to taste. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan. Dip the leek cones into the prepared batter and fry in the oil until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
