  • Onion 50 Grams
  • Garlic 5 Grams
  • Lemon Juice 5 Grams
  • Olive Oil 75 Grams
  • Dry White Wine 75 Grams
  • Fennel 1 Piece
  • Thyme 1 Pinch
  • Bay Leaf 1 Piece
  • Parsley 1 Pinch
  • Coriander 1 Pinch
  • Salt (to taste) 1 Pinch
  • Black Pepper (to taste) 1 Pinch
marinovannie_anchousi-7586.jpgCarefully clean the anchovies by removing the heads and bones. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and place the fish on it. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 200 °C for 5 minutes.

marinovannie_anchousi-7588.jpgPour olive oil into a deep skillet and add finely chopped onion. Then add white wine, lemon juice, garlic, dill, cumin, coriander, and a small bay leaf. Cook on low heat.
