Sterilize jars and lids. Fill the jars with hot relish, seal with lids, and process. In a pot, bring water to a boil, gently lower the jars into the water. Bring to a full boil and cook for 30 minutes, covering the pot with a lid. | |
Remove the jars from the water and place them on a cloth or wooden surface to cool. | |
