Layered Chocolate Cake (Cheesecake)
In this recipe, we will share how to create an incredibly delicious layered chocolate cake with a rich chocolate flavor and creamy texture. Perfect for any festive table!
Ingredients
- Ready-made puff pastry - 500 g
- Dark chocolate - 200 g
- Ricotta cheese - 400 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Cream - 300 ml
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into layers.
- Bake the pastry in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the melted chocolate to the cheese mixture and mix well.
- Pour part of the chocolate mixture onto the puff pastry layer and repeat the process, stacking the layers.
- Finish with the last layer of pastry and leave to stabilize in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Before serving, whip the cream and decorate the top of the cake.
