Appetizer "Traffic Light"

• Eggplants 500 Grams
• Tomatoes 300 Grams
• Canned Corn 3-4 Tbsp
• Onion 150 Grams
• Greens 3-4 Tbsp
• Salt 1 Pinch
• Vegetable Oil 2-3 Tbsp

	First, rinse and cut the eggplants into small cubes.
	Peel the onion and chop it finely.
	Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
	Chop the greens.
	Now, sauté the onion in vegetable oil, then add the eggplants after 5 minutes, season with salt to taste, and fry for 10-15 minutes.
	Take a long flat dish and place the fried eggplants with onions on it. Create three large round indentations.
	Assemble our appetizer in the traffic light style. In the center indentation, place the yellow corn, and in the others, add the greens (green) and tomatoes (red). Enjoy your meal!
